Prior to working with Susan, I was newly divorced, had recently lost a significant amount of weight, and wanted to start over in the right direction. I was finally ready to put myself back out there. I really wanted to find a style that fit me and my overall personality. I am visually impaired, and I relied heavily on my mom to help me shop. While I was very grateful for my mom’s help, I realized how I was wearing the wrong size in just about everything. Susan fixed that immediately!
the challenge
I have been struggling with confidence and self-esteem for years. The clothes and outside compliments did not magically fix those things. But Susan absolutely took a sledgehammer to those barriers and helped knock them down. I joked regularly that she was more like a therapist over these last 8 months. She helped me realize how awesome and amazing I already was minus the clothes.

It wasn’t just about finding clothes, shoes and accessories in my size. Susan took the time to sincerely get to know me to ensure that my personality was a custom fit to the incredible outfits she acquired. She allowed me to be myself in every aspect, and I never had to compromise my comfort level.

You don’t realize how vulnerable you become in this experience, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The best way I know how to describe this journey is... It’s as though you have made a true friend. Someone who sincerely cares and has your best interest at heart. I would invest in that feeling and journey a hundred times over without hesitation! On the business aspect of things Susan far exceeded my expectations. I have a closet full of incredible outfits that I wake up excited to put on every day. The compliments I receive and how good it feels is great. But all that pales in comparison to how transformative this experience has been. It turned out that this investment had very little to do with the clothes that everyone loves and compliments. This experience helped to change my perception of myself.
